By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Important Notice: The terms and arrangements detailed on this page have been provided by the Host Family as their proposed conditions for the cultural exchange programme. Please note that Home Care Assistants Ireland Ltd (SKLP) is not a party to any private arrangement between Host Families and Au Pairs, and does not monitor, enforce, or take responsibility for the terms agreed between them.
Services Description
SK Au Pairs & Language Programmes provides cultural exchange services including:
- Au pair placement services for Irish families
- Host family services for international students
- Summer language camps and programmes
- Mini stay cultural exchange programmes
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Treat all participants with respect and dignity
- Report any concerns or issues promptly to our team
Background Checks and Safety
We work with independent partner agencies in Europe who screen au-pair candidates and provide us with profiles and documentation. We do not carry out independent background checks on au pairs and we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or sufficiency of information supplied by partner agencies, au pairs, or host families. Host families must make their own assessment of suitability before any engagement and are solely responsible for complying with applicable immigration and employment laws.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services are agreed upon individually with each client. All fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Refund policies vary by service and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide excellent service, SK Au Pairs & Language Programmes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SK Au Pairs & Language Programmes and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
